RTC, A charitable organisation in the field of poverty alleviation and environmental awareness wanted an online platform for their activities including the ability for well-wishers to make individual contributions online towards projects. They also wanted an automated systems with the ability to show how much has been contributed and how much remains to meet the threshold.

To develop an automated notification system that informs site users on how much has been donated and how is left to get the project off the ground. The needed to be mobile friendly and able to respond to traffic from any mobile handheld device and to focus on customer acquisition, increased donations and retention.

Project Key features

Our team of web design specialists began by scoping and prototyping the project including SEO, bespoke link building strategies. 

Open completion of the design phase, we deployed primary research and usability testing to confirm that information on the site clear, reachable with one or two steps, found without much energy. We further brought into play conversion optimization testing to find out if calls to action buttons were actually able to deliver the intended results.

We continue to work the RTC team to train staff on updating and maintaining the CMS, to build inbound links using best practice methodologies, enhance and amplify SEO for better targeted conversions.
